Since 2021, we have partnered with Almighty Tree and started the Go Green with Helix® program to support reforestation efforts and biodiversity in Switzerland. Thanks to your help, we have already planted over 1,900 trees.
How It Works
Every time you buy products through Helix® in Switzerland, Promega contributes a percentage of your purchase to tree planting initiatives with Almighty Tree. These trees help restore areas facing environmental challenges like bark beetle infestation and drought.
Participation is automatic with every Helix® order.
Global Impact Through Helix®
Every Helix® unit not only contributes to tree planting but also reduces environmental impact through:
- Consolidated shipments
- Efficient restocking
- Reduced packaging
In addition, we purchase carbon credits to offset the greenhouse gas emissions of shipping, distributing, and stocking. Since 2010, worldwide Helix® programs have offset over 8,500 tons of carbon dioxide.
