The Lumit® IFN-β (Human) Immunoassay is a homogeneous, bioluminescent assay for detecting interferon-beta (IFN-β) released from cells without the need for sample transfers or wash steps. The Lumit® IFN-β (Human) Immunoassay has been developed for use with cell culture samples. Lumit® reagents can be dispensed directly into microplate wells containing cells and culture medium. Alternatively, medium from cell wells can be transferred to a separate plate for analysis. Assay performance with sample types other than cell culture medium must be determined by the user.
