Stem Cell Drug Screening Assay Collaboration

Cellular Dynamics International (CDI) and Promega have partnered to develop more relevant and highly predictive toxicity testing to the drug discovery process. A panel of multiplexed biomarker assays for cytotoxicity from Promega are used to assess candidate-drug acitivty with CDI's human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell-derived iCell™ Cardiomyocytes in vitro.
