• More Sensitive Detection Over the Existing Anti-HaloTag® pAb: Detect as low as 0.5–1ng of HaloTag® fusion protein by Western blot.

Applications

• Immunological detection of intact HaloTag® fusion proteins, specifically for Western blotting purposes. The suggested working dilution for Western blotting is 1:1,000 in PBS.
