No sites are present in any of the commonly used plasmids or vectors. One site is present in chromosome 12 of S. cerevisiae DNA.

Note: A precipitate may be observed after thawing. If detected, heat to 37°C for 3–5 minutes and mix to dissolve. The buffer may appear cloudy after heating; this will not affect the performance of the product.

I-PpoI is an intron-encoded endonuclease from Physarum polycephalum. The enzyme is produced from a recombinant E. coli strain.

50mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.01% NP-40, 50mM NaCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.5mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol.
